Shipping & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Martains espadrilles. Here is how our shipping and return process works.

1. Shipping Options

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Spain. Standard Shipping (Spain): 2–4 business days. European Shipping: 4–8 business days. International Shipping: 7–14 business days.

2. Taxes and customs

Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside the European Union ship free of Spanish VAT, as they are treated as exports. In return, on arrival the destination customs applies its own taxes — IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla, and import duties elsewhere — along with the carrier handling fee. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price.

3. Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
